Tourist visa
Short stay travel for holidays, family trips and stopovers. The most common file we open, and usually the fastest.
Tourist, student, work, business and residency visas for more than forty destinations, prepared and filed from Dubai.
Every destination we file for, with the starting price and the exact document list. Open one to see what your application needs.
Six products, one process. Tell us which one you need, or describe the trip and we will tell you which one it is.

Short stay travel for holidays, family trips and stopovers. The most common file we open, and usually the fastest.
Offer letters, tuition receipts and proof of funds, assembled in the order the university and the consulate expect.
Employment offers, attestation, labour approvals and entry permits, coordinated with your employer.
Conference travel, client meetings and trade delegations. We verify invitation letters before they cost you a slot.
Sponsor documents, relationship evidence and accommodation proof for parents, spouses and children.

UAE residency end to end: entry permit, medical typing, Emirates ID and stamping, tracked as one file.
We make the journey simple and smooth. Four moves from the first call to the airport, and you are only asked for something once.
One conversation. We confirm your eligibility, the right visa category and the real cost before you commit.
We send a checklist built for your file, then check every document against the current consular requirements.
We book the appointment, submit the application and handle the biometrics and interview scheduling.
You get the decision from us directly, with the passport collected and the next steps already explained.

We are a licensed Dubai visa consultancy. Most of our work arrives by referral, which only happens if the last person got a straight answer.
“My Schengen file had been refused once before. They found the gap in my financial evidence in ten minutes and rebuilt the whole submission.”
“The mock interview was the difference. I walked into the US consulate knowing exactly what they would ask and why.”
“Two parents, one family visit file, and nobody had to take a day off work. They collected the documents from my office.”
“I called on a Tuesday about Canada and had the checklist the same afternoon. No hold music, no ticket number.”
No, and neither can anyone else. The decision belongs to the consulate. What we control is the quality of the file: the right category, complete evidence, and a submission that answers the caseworker before they have to ask. If we think an application is likely to fail, we tell you on the call rather than take the fee.
It covers the 1 CALL service fee: eligibility review, document checklist, form completion, cover letters, appointment booking and tracking to decision. Embassy fees, biometric charges, insurance and courier costs are set by third parties and quoted separately so you can see exactly where your money goes.
Often yes, but only once the reason for the refusal is understood and addressed. Bring the refusal letter to your call. We read it, identify what the caseworker was not satisfied with, and tell you honestly whether a new application has a realistic chance now or whether you should wait.
Tell us early. Most gaps have an accepted alternative: a sponsor letter in place of salary credits, a tenancy contract in place of a property deed, an affidavit where a certificate is unavailable. We would rather solve it in week one than have the file returned in week four.
For e-visas, a week is usually enough. For Schengen and the UK, start six to eight weeks before you travel. For Canada, Australia and the United States, start three months ahead, because appointment availability, not processing, is the real constraint.
Yes, and it is more efficient than filing separately. Shared evidence is prepared once, appointments are booked on the same day where the centre allows it, and children are added with the consent letters and birth certificates each destination requires.
